Entree - choose 2

  1. Smoked trout dip with celery, fennel and lavosh.
  2. Snapper crudo with pickled chilli, chives and bottarga.
  3. Stracciatella with slow cooked greens, olive crumb and fried onion.
  4. Salad of shaved fennel, witlof, pear, basil, pecorino and lemon.
  5. Duck liver pate with fig jam and bread.
  6. Poached veal, tuna mayonnaise, lemon and capers.

Main - choose 1

  1. Roasted fish with soft herb salad and aioli.
  2. Ricotta gnocchi with king brown mushroom, black russian tomatoes, black garlic and reggiano.
  3. Slow cooked beef brisket with white bean puree, rocket and lemon.

Sides - choose 1

  1. Cos and rocket salad with golden shallot dressing and feta.
  2. Roasted dutch carrots with honey butter and almonds.
  3. Potato puree.

Dessert - choose 1

  1. Tiramisu.
  2. Seasonal fruits, poached and raw with Campari caramel and whipped cream.
  3. Chocolate mousse, burnt caramel, salted walnuts.
